Hum!!! Maybe you could charge fees for those that don't transfer and add them to the monthly prize pot or for new promotional give-aways!

Woah, I went away for a while, then came back. I had $20 sitting in my account. I was hoping I'd win something soon so it would go above the
$25 threshold so I could claim it & get my usual Amazon Gift Card (I never take $$$.)
But suddenly $10 was taken away from me just now because it "expired."
Is there no way of preventing THIS situation?

LOL i found the answer to my own question. i didnt realize that you could receive a gift card instead of a paypal payment and that you can change your preference.

Goofy_Girl, you may try asking Admin for a one time exception and may be they will consider your request to credit your account back. However, the prizes do have an expiration date and its upto the members to keep an eye on the expiry date.

      That's a great idea!
I have no idea (or maybe I forgot) how to get in touch with the ADMIN.
So, ADMIN, please consider this a formal request to give me my $10 back.
      Thank You,
      Goofy_Girl Smile

Oops! Another $10 was just taken away from me for a total of $20 from deals on December 15 & 16, 2013.
Now I am at a BIG FAT ZERO.
I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because there is no way to prevent it. The minimum cash-out is $25: the equivalent of 2-1/2 online deals.
    Confused

      That's a good idea.
I'm sure the $25 minimum was intended to prevent users from cashing out at EVERY-TEN-DOLLARS, which would annoy the heck out of the Admin.
But really, would very many (or any at all) do that?
It doesn't seem so since we've been getting reminders TO CASH OUT, BUXR isn't a bank, etc. LOL. Smile

Bumping this topic up. We have members who have accumulated a year worth of winnings in their accounts! Buxr is not a bank. Please redeem your prizes. When your prizes expire they are gone. There is no exception to the rule.
