I know, I need to re-work the polls to allow more answers. 10 is max right now and I added all the retailers mentioned in the survey. In fact, it mentions 11 as the number but I didn't find any reference to the 11-th store...

Hmmm, nobody voted for Costco or Dillard's, but they were rated highest. I don't have a Costco or Dillard's. Wish I did. I shop Kohl's online and they do have good deals.

I'm not sure how they arrived at the numbers but I think the deals vary by store and awesome deals can be found at random times even at stores like Best Buy.

I remember a few years back when Kmart, Best Buy and Circuit City had some awesome clearance deals on video games. I purchased so many video games for as low as 99 cents and no more than $5.00 (all new and retail sealed)

    Just voted for Target.

I would've said Rite Aid if it was a choice. With their Single Check Rebate program and +UP rewards, I've saved so much shopping there. Also, when you have a Wellness card and accrue 500 or more points (1 point for each dollar you spend before coupons and 25 points for each prescription you fill), you get 10% off every time you shop. When you have 1000+ points, I believe you get 20% off for life. It's awesome. Combining that with manufacturer coupons and Rite Aid coupons, it's almost like getting paid to shop!
