I personally like to see things like that offered together for ease of those scanning Buxr for deals. Submitting a new deal may benefit the submitter I just don't see how it benefits the ease of use for those seeking deals on Buxr. Of course that is just my opinion ....

I second that. Your comment will bump the deal too, so there is a good chance those who watch the deal page will notice it too.

I think I third that, but sometimes I think it gets a bit dicey, like when Bath & Body Works sends out the same value coupon for a few days in a row with the same online code, but a different printable code - then what?? Keep adding them?

i look at it this way..... for example, everyone posts multiple kohls coupons for the exact same amount off with the same dates and conditions when they could be added to an existing deal. i really see no difference in doing that than in submitting an in-store coupon as a separate deal.

sometimes there are 2 or 3+ kohls deals all posted in the same day or so (have seen the same with yankee candle deals).....to get 20% off you put in HAPPY or BIRTHDAY or BDAY. all of them probably have the same expiration and the same terms. why dont people just add a new code to the first one that has been posted instead of making three separate deals? to me, it isnt any different than that.

Like today - along with yesterday's, and yes, I posted one of them.
But... I might have added a printable with an existing code and not submitted a new one.

I have updated many Kohl's Deals with the in-store printable when it comes available. I consider it part of the original deal even though it is off contest.

yan, if you prefer it that way why not make it a "rule" then?

You make a good point. I would like you to add in-store coupons to online coupons (and vice versa). I am concerned that if I make it a rule then some members, for whom the prizes are a big part of the experience, will have less incentive to find these (paired) coupons. So, I am keeping it as a recommendation. After all, the same store coupons do end up in one place, whether you submit them separately or update old deals. For J.Jill it is here: http://www.buxr.com/coupons/j-jill

Yan, if I can remember or find deals previously posted, I will add in-store coupons to online coupons (and vice versa). I have been on plenty of other coupon sites and not gotten a penny, so everything on this site is a bonus! I think you might have bought me some of my own Christmas presents this year!
