What store has the worst coupon policy?

Did it ever happen to you that you stumbled upon a presumably site-wide coupon code only to later realize that the store has a ton of exclusions that render this coupon practically useless? Shoes.com and Sports Authority are two names that come to my mind if anyone were to ask me this question. Both tend to heavily advertise the brands (often on the home page) that they exclude from the site-wide discount. What are your worst coupon offenders? Why? Please share your story in the comments.

diapers.com I see ads for them in triplicate in every parenting/family magazine we get, plus online and they all seem to be only for new customers...

Babies R Us has made me mad recently. I always get 20% Off In-Store coupons... but it does not apply to diapers, formula, toys, furniture, and the list goes on.

Totally Agree with you lootango.. They send those 20% off baby item coupons with tons of exclusions.. When I try to get something they reject by saying it's not a baby item... I am in Babies's R US for god's sake!

Um, isn't that WHY you go to Babies R Us? To get diapers, formula and toys? Because you'd buy other things, you'd think they wouldn't care what you used the coupon for.

I've had a lot of problems applying coupons on Newport News. Always get an apology later and then I can use them, but what a pain. I just choose not to shop there anymore.
