Things not to buy at Target.
Target offers many good products at competitive prices, but it also sells products you should avoid, either because you’ll get a better selection or price at another store, or because there are more environmentally sound options. Here are four items not to buy at Target.

What Not to Buy at Walmart
While Walmart has recently burnished its reputation among upscale shoppers, there are still some product categories where you’d be better off going elsewhere — either because you’re straying beyond Walmart’s core competency, or to avoid supporting the giant retailer’s bad behavior.

    We usually buy groceries in local chain stores like Valli Produce and Meijer (I am in IL). Costco is the best place to buy high-end electronics. They have great prices and warranty.

    Target is great for kids toys and school supplies. Walmart - non-perishable foods and gardening stuff.

    I usually get Blu ray movies at Target ...the price is usually better there then the other stores around me.
