What is your Favorite Barbecue Sauce?

submitted on May 25, 2013 by YanBz in "Products / Gadgets", last updated on May 29, 2013 by YanBz
Memorial Day marks unofficial start of summer. Among many other things for me summer means I can finally invite my friends for a delicious barbecue steak in my backyard.

But what is barbecue without a sauce?

The America's multitude of cultures reflects rich variety of sauces you can find in the states. Our recent blog post lists just a few:

My favorite is the Kansas City style, a tomato-based sauce with molasses. What barbecue sauce do you like on your grill? Please share your brand (or dare I say "recipe" Smile ) in the comments along with a story of how you spent this Memorial Day weekend.

We have a barbecue sauce that is a cross between a typical KC sauce and an Asian style sauce that we use for ribs. It starts out as a basic KC sauce which you add some soy sauce, crunchy or smooth peanut butter and a few spices. Marinate the ribs for at least 24 hours and you can cook them in the oven or grill them. Believe it or not the crunchy peanut butter sounds odd but is what makes this barbecue enjoyable and unique and if the idea of crunchy p.b. turns you off try it with the smooth p.b.

Sweet Baby Rays and Guy Fieri's are my favorites. I grilled Hot Dogs and saw Iron Man 3, then watched my Phillies get creamed Sad

Stubbs is pretty awesome and definitely one of my favs. Great for grilling and a very nice substitute for ketchup on meatloaf.
