How to make Beau Monde Seasoning:

1 TBSP each: ground cloves, salt, ground bay leaf, ground allspice
2 TBSP each: white and black ground pepper
    1-1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Stir/mix with a wooden spoon. Can be stored up to 3 months.

Thanks for asking clover! I have English Toffee & creamy Old-Fashion Fudge, but I have to find the exact recipe since I just do a dab & dash thing when I make this candy.

I'm one of those people that just throws stuff in mostly when I cook so I can't give out receipes because I'm not sure how much I really use. So here's a simple recipe that my family and I love from allrecipes.com.

    Ranch Crispy Chicken
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 (1 ounce) packages ranch dressing mix
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine dressing mix and bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Add chicken and shake until coated.
Place coated chicken pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with rice or potatoes, if desired.
