This is ridiculous. Verizon sucks!
in a move that is sure to upset some customers, Verizon has announced on its website that it will start charging a $2 convenience fee "for customers who make single bill payments online or by telephone."
They should be rewarding customers who choose to pay online. For one it uses less paper. And not to mention I would imagine it would be easier to pay someone to process payments online versus having to open letters and try to read people's practically illegible handwriting. That's just insane. If nothing else it should be free just so they can be more green.
Definitely for sure...sending check when they receive they have to deposit it's a work, customers paying online with cc make sure the payment is made ontime and now apps are there to access account. This is not a good approach. Many customers will be disappointed.
With the start of this tradition by Verizon, other mobile companies also start and follow this path. will not like it. AT&T let Verizon do, you think of your customers..
If we enroll in autopay then there will not be any charge. But everyone has its own preference.
