Yes but there were no awful puns on the earlier post.

Frankly I'm disappointed that Solstice has chosen to skip an opportunity at making a bad joke.

    LOL

Its not like I could have, as we are not allowed to use fowl language. Razz

Someone must not know the difference in meaning between the words "fowl" and "foul". Amused

Not sure who, and I don't care enough to go looking to find out, but it gave me a laugh.

Alright then "O' Would Be Pun-Master", I purpose a battle of chicken based puns.

You must believe you can do better to be so bold as to state a given pun is neg vote worthy.

I CHALLENGE THEE TO A PUN DUEL!*

*(Refusing this duel is an automatic assertion that any chicken based pun, I could or did provide, was or would be better than any you could or did not, and you will recognize the veracity of my punning ability by voting up this comment.) Big Grin

FYI: It would be much more fun if you did not chicken-out!
(You can consider that my first pun play if you opt to defend your punning honor.) Big Grin

Please don't tar and feather me. I'm not sure I can top your attempt... I mean it was almost like Poultry in motion. I wouldn't want to take the feather out of your cap. As I am but a pheasant amongst nobles.

This would a far more egg-excellent duel by keeping the puns to one at a time, else you'll find that we both get a little too quickly fried, and use up our chicken stock of puns far to early on. Big Grin

Good idea, I didn't mean to overwhelm you with PUNniness. The last thing I was trying to do was ruffle your feathers...

Not ruffled at all since I now know you're only winging it at this point.

(Lets keep this to one at a time, and within a five minute time frame of the last response. This will allow us to truly gage the punning wit of responses.)

I'll try but with a 5 minute time limit I'm afraid sooner or later my goose will be cooked.

Its okay. I'd rather do it a different day when you can truly show your full pun plumage.

Pheasant, goose, and duck! Clearly you have the giblits and gallus to think you know anything of the chicken species and puns appropriate to them.

Are you out pecking for more puns on the Internet? Big Grin

This is no fun unless we as the gamebirds establish time limits.

If a time limit is required I would need to forfeit as I'm at work currently, so this does not have my attention. I wouldn't want to play the PUN game half-quacked.

I understand. It would not be fair if your pun beaker was only able to be emptied half way. Sad
