When you have a problem with a company, how often are you satisfied with their customer service?
Recently a survey by the National Retail Foundation and American Express came up with a list of the top 10 companies.
Shoppers nationwide were asked to name the retailer they think is best when it comes to customer service.
So which companies did they say really put customers first?
