Today's Service Outage Permalink

We had a long service outage today, Friday, March 06. To be exact Buxr was down from 12:17pm till 6:02pm Central Time.

The outage was caused by a power failure at our hosting provider Caronet and has affected all Carone's customers. We are sorry about the downtime and hope to see you all back very soon!

Just to entertain you a little, pictured below is what looks just like the piece of hardware powering Buxr. Can anyone guess the maker and the model? Wink

    It's a Dell Poweredge 1950.. Well at least according to this google image search:

    All Dell PowerEdge boxes look the same to me. Are we getting a prize for the right guess? Wink

    You both are wrong however I admit Dell Poweredge R200 looks remarkably similar.
    Here are the specs:


    * Dell PowerEdge PE860
    * Quad Core Intel Xeon 3220, 2.4GHz
    * 2GB DDR-2 RAM
    * (2x) 250GB S-ATA Drive
    * Hardware RAID with 64MB of memory
