Blacklisted domains are the ones from which Buxr does not allow deals to be posted, and the submitter will see an error as you describe when submitting.
This link shows a list of many sites that are "blacklisted" - http://www.buxr.com/wiki/fake_freebie_sites
Hopefully the deals that are accepted are all from reputable sites. As we receive information to the contrary, the domain is added to this blacklist.

You asked and we heard Smile
I just removed the site from black list

It was blacklisted because at the time it appeared to be a coupon aggregator, just as Buxr is. They seem to specializing in printable coupons for select brands now, so it is time to revise the ban.

I have never personally ordered anything from them. But in checking them, out I notice that the only form of payment they accept is Paypal, and they have no contact phone or address posted. These are usually red flags for submitting a deal on Buxr. There are 42 reviews averaging 5 stars out of 10 and dating back to 2009 at http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Pennywise/ , half of them are positive and half are very bad, describing unresponsive customer service.
The only way to contact them is through a form on their website, but this page of their site https://www.pennywise.biz/terms has this disclaimer posted:
Although pennywise.biz will in most circumstances be able to receive your e-mail or other information provided through our Website (including, without limitation, service requests and other submissions), pennywise.biz does not guarantee that it will receive all such email or other information timely and accurately and shall not be legally obligated to read, act on or respond to any such e-mail or other information. Be aware that Internet email typically is not secure.

thanks houtex for responding. i found the site and the deals via a SHNOOP email (which people have posted deals from on buxr) so i am assuming it is a legitimate site. i may order and see what happens.....doesnt paypal usually back up your payment if something goes wrong via their resolution center?

Yes, when I was looking last night I was surprised to find that they are owned by Shnoop; I left a note for Yan but did not mention it here. According to this page http://www.trademarkia.com/pen.....88127.html , the Pennywise trademark belongs to Shnoop.com Corp. It's a mystery to me why Pennywise.biz has so many complaints, but now that I research it, Schnoop.com's rating is about the same. The websites are almost identical and the terms about having no legal obligation to read or respond to email appear on both. I think maybe Shnoop takes credit cards while on Pennywise they only take Paypal; but Shnoop has no phone number or other contact information posted, either. Shnoop has the same complaints about customer service with an average score of 5.29 out of 10 with 183 reviews at http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Shnoop , yet we do allow Shnoop.com deals to be posted, and so far (to my knowledge) there have been no complaints from Buxr members. If anyone has experience to share, maybe they will add a comment.

pennywise.biz is banned exactly for those reasons: no contact info and Paypal only for the payments. I don't have a record why shnoop.com is not banned, but it could be because a Buxr member has used them in the past and vouched for it as a safe place to shop. I personally wouldn't shop with them considering all the red flags.

Just searched back, we have shnoop deals on buxr from as far back as 2008. Here is the first submission: http://www.buxr.com/deal/gucci.....pping_2578
They do accept some credit cards (MC and Visa) w/o Paypal, while to pay with others (Amex and Discover) you have to use Paypal

so bottom line right now is is that shnoop is fine, but even though pennywise is now owned by shnoop it is not fine for posting deals?
