    Actually it's for your mom or your wife or girlfriend as long as you have kids.

    Any woman who has kids is a mother and qualifies.

      That seemed a little redundant. The definition of a "mother" is a women who has children. (Assuming they are actually her children of course, and that she is not just with children.)
