Restaurant Gift Card bonuses for 2011 Holiday Season

Just a reminder that many restaurants run promotions during holiday season where you get a bonus gift card with gift card purchase, say buy $100, get $20 at Outback.

We have a wiki page that lists the deals from last year. A lot of them are valid for 2011-2012 as well. Please leave a comment to this thread if you find an old promotion that doesn't run this year or a new promotion that was added, and I will update the wiki page.

fridays also has a buy a $25 get a $5 one.

Just remember a lot of the bonus gift cards have certain time periods you can use them... Say like january 1st to april 1st.
