Sprint Ticket Takedown Promotion Terms

Registration: Between 12:01 am ET on July 1, 2011 and 11:59 pm ET on August 14, 2011, register for the Sprint Ticket Takedown. You can register in one of two ways: (1) Go to sprinticketakedown.com and follow the instructions to register OR (2) Text TAKEDOWN to 88656 and follow the instructions to register. You must be registered to have a chance to purchase a ticket. Registration does not guarantee that tickets will still be available to purchase. Message and data may rates apply. By registering by text message you are automatically agreeing to receive marketing messages related to the promotion. If you do not wish to receive these text messages, you can opt out by texting ST. You must be a legal U.S. resident, 13 or older.

Discount: When you register for the Sprint Ticket Takedown, you will be given the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) discounted movie tickets for select movies at participating theatres. You must go to www.sprinticketakedown.com/purchase or www.m.sprinticketakedown.com/purchase between 12:01 am ET and 11:59 pm ET on August 15, 2011 to obtain your promo code for the discounted movie tickets. The discounted price will be determined on August 15, 2011 and is dependent upon the number of people that register in the program between July 1, 2011 12:01 AM ET and August 14, 2011 11:59 PM ET. The more people that sign up, the greater the discount (see the pricing schedule below for pricing tiers). You can learn the final price by going to www.sprinticketakedown.com

Obtaining Your Promo Code: Between 12:01 am ET and 11:59 pm ET on August 15, 2011 go to www.sprinticketakedown.com/purchase or www.m.sprinticketakedown.com/purchase to obtain your Promo Code. THIS IS THE ONLY DAY YOU CAN OBTAIN YOUR PROMO CODE. You will be prompted to provide either a debit or credit card to make the purchase and upon transaction approval, you will receive a Promo Code either via an sms message or an email. This promo code will be redeemable through 11:59 pm ET October 15, 2011 for tickets at Movietickets.com or Fandango.com to be used at participating theatres.

Promo Code Redemption/Obtaining Tickets: After obtaining your promo code, go to either Fandango.com or Movietickets.com on or before 11:59 pm ET on October 15, 2011 to obtain tickets for select movies at a participating theatres.

Fandango.com:

Go to www.fandango.com
Select the movie, theatre and showtime you want.
Enter the number of tickets desired. Check the box to indicate that you have a promotional code.
Sign into Fandango, create a new account or select Guest Checkout.
Enter the Promo Code and click, “Apply.” Promo Code has a value of up to $14.50. Note that codes are good for one time use only.
If applicable, enter your credit card # to pay any remaining balance due after the promo code is redeemed.
Follow the instructions to “Print Your Tickets at Home” or to retrieve them at the theatre.

MovieTickets.com:

Go to www.movietickets.com <http://www.movietickets.com>.Enter your zip code; select a theatre, movie and showtime.
Choose the number of tickets you would like.
Check the box, “Yes, I would like to apply a promotional code or a MovieTickets.com gift card” and Select the “Continue” button.
Enter your Promo Code. Promo Code has a value of up to $14.50. Note that codes are good for one time use only. Then select the “Apply” button.
The credit has been applied. For any remaining balance select the “Continue” button. (If applicable please enter any additional Promo Codes for remaining balance. Then select the “Apply” button. Please repeat process until you have entered in all Promo Codes. Then select the “Continue” button.)
Sign into MovieTicket.com or create a new account.
If applicable, enter your credit card # to pay any remaining balance due after the Promo Code has been applied.
Please follow the instructions and print out your confirmation page.
Present your confirmation page to the theatre desk and enjoy your movies.
