Question about a rejected duplicate deal

submitted on May 11, 2010 by sandyshore in "Buxr Website / Contests"
I don't want to argue I just want clarification. There were two deal submissions for the same sample. Mine was up on the boards first, at least from what I saw there was a 2 minute difference. Okay the other one was posted and mine was rejected. It happens, do I really have to take a rejection is there a reason I can't be given the opportunity to delete my submission. If this is in the wrong place, please forgive me I'm not clear on how to post my own topic here.

    Apologies. I will fix mistake.

Yours was the one that was 1 minute older.

I just rejected the wrong one was all.

That's fine. Could I still get clarification on the question so I'm clear on how things work here?

As for leaving things behind in the queue for the member to cancel them instead of rejection. Admin in general does not like to leave things hanging out in the queue for long periods of time, and there is no way to know if and when a member will come back, or even see any comment.

All the moderators try to work quickly to get things out of the queue as fast as possible. The best bet is to check for duplicates before submission and to validate your offers prior to submission as well.

Even When I Search For A Store To See If It's Already Posted. Sometimes It Doesn't Show.

Sometimes you should be specific when searching, the same thing happens to me a lot.

I agree with iggy - search does not always work.

It's annoying because an expired deal won't show up when checking for dupes unless you remember to look for expired deals too. There should be a check for dupes step in the submission process where this is done automatically.
