Public library books come to Kindle (Take a Poll)

This was one feature other readers had that Kindle didn't. It appears no more. Amazon announced last week that it partners with OverDrive to offer public library lending on its Kindle readers

I am also picking up news today that at least one library (Denver Public Library) has partnered and is offering its patrons w/ Kindle readers e versions of their books.

    Pretty soon the libraries won't have any books, just like when the record stores no longer had record albums because everything will be digitalized.
