PS3 or XBOX 360 

Depends on the games you like. If you like a specific game like HALO then you have to get XBOX. If you like Little BIG Planet, you can get that only in PS3.

--PS3 has a BLU RAY player included + more storage space. Also PS3 Network is free.

--XBOX - You have buy a subscription to use their network + facilities like NETFLIX etc ( please check on this one )

-- XBOX offers you upgrade options like a KINECT SYSTEM where PS3 offers you MOVE.

If you get a PS3 with the Move bundle, then you have the best of all 3 worlds: xbox, wii and ps3
