Possible to have expiration times?

submitted on June 19, 2010 by Tarun in "Buxr Website / Contests"
The deals I recently submitted for Mass Effect 1 and 2 don't expire until 1PM EST but I set them to expire tomorrow. Does that mean that come midnight eastern they will expire, or the end of the day tomorrow?

If it's the end of the day tomorrow that's fine. But would an expiration time be useful?

You are correct. Your deals will expire end of the day tomorrow, or to be precise at midnight EST.
I agree expiration time can be useful but I am reluctant to add it since it is not used very often. I suggest you to add the expiration time in the additional instructions and to set the expiration date to the day during which the expiration occurs.

Let's say your deals expire 6/20/10 1:00 PM EST. Set the expiration to 6/20 and add to the instructions "the offer expires 1:00pm EST". This way your deal will stay active on 6/20 but the shoppers will be able to see the actual expiration time.

Would it be possible for it to be an optional entry to make things easier? If not, it's understandable.
