She still has 2 years to go:

Oprah Winfrey knows how to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

In the last 10 minutes of her show, Winfrey confirmed that she will be ending her syndicated "Oprah Winfrey Show" in September 2011.

I work for an advertising agency.... it will definitely be a money loss for those local stations who carry her show. We have many clients who are trying to target her viewing audience.

The best I heard of this was a Tweet from Chris Hardwick. Alluding to that Oprah should of announced the end of her show on 12/21/12 and really freaked everyone out.
