I was trying to place an order on OSP & coupon codes weren't working right. For instance 40% off highest item including clearance wasn't coming off the highest item; a pair of jeans from Avenue. So I went into live chat and was told OSP will no longer be accepting anything but Avenue coupon codes for Avenues items.
And to boot if you mix Avenue items in an order with their other brands you can only use a coupon on one set of merchandise or the other. I wonder if Avenue is splitting from Red Cats again or if it has anything to do with their charging sales tax for Avenue now? In any case it's been a bit of a time waster trying to find a coupon that would work; it's kind of crazy they haven't attempted to notify their registered customer base of this pretty significant change in policy! My apologies if I missed a thread somewhere else regarding this and I've posted a repeat topic. But I figured their regular shoppers would want to be aware of this if they weren't already. I'm definitely un-thrilled with the policy change myself!
