Non-Members: Shop at Sam's Club for Free August 6, 7, and 8
submitted on July 16, 2010 by webbyone2010 in "Stores / Merchants"
Sam’s Club is planning on allowing non-members to shop in their stores for a three-day span in the beginning of August. This is for all of those who’ve always wanted to try shopping at a membership club but didn’t want to pay to try it. This announcement has not yet been made to the public, but Susan Koehler, Sam’s Club spokeswoman, told WalletPop an open house will be held August 6,7 and 8. This will allow people to “basically try us for free,” according to Koehler. The open house will give people the opportunity to stock up on small business supplies, household needs, electronic devices, food, and fall school supplies. Koehler said, “The last time we did that was for Sam’s 25th anniversary in 2008.” If you end up being interested in membership it costs $35, but a few days free is even better.
