I can't wait to try it! I may have to stock up since it's only seasonal.

Good to see we have some Buxrites with a good taste in beer. I bet the Hoptober is yummy. It's made by the same folks that make Fat Tire and the hoppy beers usually pack a wallop too. Artistic

A fave beer that I like a lot is Hopslam by Bells. Honey brewed and very hoppy and you get quite the buzz off just two beers.

Forget Fat Tire. Try 1554 Enlightened Black Ale, the best beer I have had so far. The name talks for itself - drink a pint and you switch into the total "enlightenment"! Mr Green

Man, that is one dark beer. Will definitely try it out this weekend. That is, if I can find it around here, of course. We just got Fat Tire in my city just this year. Middle America can be so "behind the times."

It is dark but it is not a stout (or porter). You will be amazed how fine the taste is

I have actually had an Octoberfest beer recently and I am not sure if it is by the same company. Either way, it was very good. Mr Green
