New on Buxr: header redesign, coupons module, profanity filter

A few changes today on Buxr website:

1. Header re-design. The new one is a bit more useful than just a picture of our Taggie we had before.
2. New dashboard module: Popular Coupons. If you don't see it then go to dashboard layout/settings in your profile
3. A basic profanity filter is now active for comments, deals and discussion topics
