    This is pretty typical of a class action suit, although this suit is paying a rather higher rate than usual. Our local newspaper ran an article on this to get the attention of consumers still buying Naked Juice. Good stuff too!

    I try to stay away from class action lawsuits if nothing personally changed my life. I don't want to profit from something just to make a buck.

      I believe this about more than making a buck. clover, you are entitled to stay away from class action lawsuits. I do as well. I do, however, believe that a business that uses false claims to boost sales of a food product should be held accountable for those false claims. They know that by promoting their product in a certain fashion it will create more sales, they should have to do so in an ethical and honest manner, too!
