The intake valve has a water pump that sucks in water to propel the submarine... The intake valve on the bottom of the submarine toy can suck up loose skin, posing laceration hazard to children

Too many toy recalls lately. I have a feeling my son will only be playing with wooden blocks and wrapping paper for the next few years. That should keep him happy. Mr Green

Cardboard boxes are always a good bet too.

You can make a pretty cute weiner dog and dog house out of a wooden clothes pin and a toothpaste box....

lol, you guys are funny but there's some truth to this. I remember when my son was just a baby and I gave him lots of toys on christmas and his birthday - yet he was more fascinated with the wrapping paper and boxes.

My daughter used to love me giving her old formula cans to play with. After a while I realized I could put the scoop and metal lid in the can and then duct tape it shut and it could be a rattle/drum. Then of course toilet paper and paper towel tubes are the greatest too. Although kids eating that stuff is never a good thing... not quite as bad as lead but still can't be good.

They already have 19 reports of lacerations, and one required medical attention!
They were sold between November 2009 through September 2010.
BTW, shouldn't it be "Munchkin" Bathtub Toys ?
