Number of total/qualified votes you made on comments and discussion topics. Whenever you make a qualified topic vote you earn 0 point. Whenever you make a qualified comment vote you earn 0 point.
It is just there for viewing purposes. The total/qualified votes don't count anymore since the last change to voting rules.
They are not points, they are votes. You don't get points for voting up someones comment or topic. The first number is total votes you made and the second is the number of votes you made withing 24 hour period after the comment/topic was posted. The number are there because we used to award points for each vote but not any more.
