I was able to participate in this Free Offer by texting & receiving.

This could be a regional offer, so far there is a report that it was advertised at the Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, California.

This has been spotted as a West Coast offer which comes out of Northern California. But of course, you could text the message in your local area, if the text is accepted you will get an instant reply telling you to pickup your Tshirt or American Rag Bag, both are a $9.98 value.
