Macy's 180-Day Return Policy

You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 180 days of purchase.

You may return most items purchased on macys.com to any Macy's store. Take your merchandise and invoice (make sure bar code is attached) to your local store. Any Sales Associate can process your return.

I thought they only allowed a 180 days return policy if you had a macy's card. Good to see it being applied to all

Personally, I think this policy is crazy. Most merchandise that is returned so late and out of season can't be sold. If it's defective, that's different; but 30 days should be plenty of time to return good items IMHO.

HouTex if your a bargain shopper for clothes you go to T.J Max, and marshall's whick they buy those clothes from stores like Macy's, and resell them at 30% to 70% off retail, if you can wait 6 months for fashion
