Lowe's Free Build and Grow Clinics for July and August 2010

At the next 2 Lowe's Build and Grow Clinics, kids will have the opportunity to build a UFO with stickers and a blinking light on July 24, and a beetle shaped bug box on August 14.

The clinics are held on Saturdays from 10 to 11 am.

The first 50 kids to register and be present at each store at 10am will receive a kit, aprons and googles.

The kids who attend will also receive a coupon for a free Wendy's Junior Frosty.

    How old do you think kids have to be for this? Think I can get away with taking my 8 month old son to the one in August???

      The "recommended" age posted for these workshops (in step 3 of the signup process) is Grades 1st - 5th, so it's not clear if they are really strict about it or are only making a suggestion. Unfortunately the bug box they are making in August has a choking hazard warning on it, because there are some small parts. So I would suggest calling your store and asking them to be sure.
