I got lucky and received a mouse rug from Fiberlok yesterday!
It's very unique, made with Lextra Fiber Graphics technology and printed without ink. There was a letter enclosed that explained how each different colored fiber is individually shot into the design with special eco-friendly adhesives.

Received my mouse rug today! A beautiful and useful item. Mine is the Tree of Life design http://mouserug.com/treeoflife.html
Currently wrapping it as a gift for my wife for her office.
Interesting that the date on the letter is May 24, 2011. Problems in the mailroom perhaps?
