    This story would have been funny if it wasn't so sad. I once spent a few hours on the phone with the bank trying to solve a relatively small issue. Every time the officer forwarded me to level 2 support the phone would disconnect. The third time I call I already suspected something was wrong. On my fifth time (after going through same story over) I beg the next guy who answers my call not to forward me - he calms me down saying "everything will be OK" and forwards again just to disconnect. Confused
