    In my knowledge,
    * All staples coupon online or in-store with 16 digits are one time use and with 5 digit coupon codes are multiple time use
    * Any coupon code that generated randomly and big code like "XTRMK12OKNMLRT" are one time use only and coupon codes with some meaning full words like "SPRING12" are for multiple use.

    * 90% off the pizza coupons codes are regional.

    * You can verify future coupon codes at upcoming store ad If you get early or can confirm with customer care ( If you are really nice and soft spoken with customer representative Mr Green )

If it is just a one time or recipient coupon code, it generally says "exclusive", "single use" or the words "cannot be transferred". Single use codes are many numbers, look different than codes you are used to seeing for that store. NOT ALWAYS WILL CODES SEEM TO HAVE MEANINGFUL WORDS.

Usually, if it has a "share" button or "send to a friend" button on the bottom of the email, it is for anyone.

When you submit a coupon on Buxr, the "store area" will become visible. You would click on this to autofill the store area. If it is nationwide, this button will not be able to be used.

With future use codes, no real way to verify. You can try calling customer service of the store and ask. View these codes as unreliable unless they have come to you from the store itself.

Do you really think this topic is for your mistake, come on mommy25 , buxr community is really very friendly and forgiving community.

We all know little about printable or online coupon , and recently some confusion happened related to coupons(not only yours) so isn't it useful if we all share our knowledge?

BTW both you linked coupons stated one time use , non transferable but it works for multiple times, but staples coupon doesn't work if it's with 16 digit code ( My personal experience)

It's not so much what the coupons say on them, we've all gotten caught with such issues and sometimes it's hard to tell. With experience plus trial and error, we all learn which ones are one-time use. This is a good topic to help everyone, and I hope others will add information for the stores they have tested. Staples seems to be typically more restrictive than Office Depot, whose long codes can be used by everyone.

Another example of personalized coupons are some from American Eagle, where each person gets a different number linked to their email address. In addition to the code, there is a customer ID number printed on the coupon. When you strip out the address from the link, the customer ID number changes to a string of 9's. These work online but not in the store.
