Even better, the price of iPad 2 has dropped to $399 (16GB Wi-Fi) while the new model still holds for $499 (16GB Wi-Fi) reflecting the fact that Apple never increases the cost of the newer versions but instead reduces the price of it's older models.

Well, it's the best time to buy an iPad 2 if you were looking for one Smile

Apple's site is getting slammed right now.

The news said today that with the faster speed it will use up you allotted download K and may end up costing you more money for using more time. Is this true?

Yes, that's true. Unfortunately, luxury and convenience come at a price. 4G LTE is the next generation connectivity platform for most of the data providers and it does cost more than the normal 3G data plans. On an average, you can consume close 5GB of data if you play videos, download music and surf online for 30 mins due to the high amount of clarity and speed that 4G LTE comes with. There is a very good comparison at the below site if you are considering 4G LTE plans from both AT&T and Verizon.
