How do I Change My Lame Name? :)

Hi,

When I first joined in October, I didn't really submit deals or vote and didn't really have any intention of being really involved in the site, so I didn't pick a cute, clever or witty name~just my intitials, duh.

However, lately I've been more involved in the site and I'm getting sick of looking at the stupid username I have chosen for myself, lol.

So, how do I change my lame username?

Unfortunately I have bad news for you. You can't change your user name. You can however abandon your current name and switch to a different name. Send me an email when you do it so that I can deactivate your old account. All the points and prizes you have accumulated will be lost though, so make sure you give this enough thought before you go ahead.

If it makes you feel any better, a lot of us wish we had been more clever in choosing our usernames. But you can add personality with a cute avatar, and even change it occasionally to suit your mood or for holidays.
