Deb! They almost had to shut down our Courts (Orange County) because of the budget cuts! This is going to be a Nightmare! I am so glad I wasn't chosen for Jury duty! I had it this summer. Two years in a row!

More than 500 print, online and television representatives have applied for media credentials to gain access to the much-anticipated Casey Anthony trial, according to court administration officials for the 9th Judicial Circuit.

I don't believe it will be First Degree. Some idiot in court flipped the bird at the prosecution a couple of hours ago and it was caught on video. Stupid move! Six days in Jail and a fine!

She'll be living under the microscope unless she can move out of FL. I bet her lawyer cost her a fortune!

She won't be able to leave Florida because she will be on probation from the felony check charges. Orange county taxpayers will still be footing the bill for this since there are now death threats against the family which means more deputies monitoring the neighborhood where the Anthony family lives.

For the first time, the non-profit Texas Equusearch is considering trying to recoup lost expenses in this case, since they now believe the family knew the child was never missing.
Equusearch says it used 4,200 volunteer searchers and spent $112,000 looking for Caylee in Florida. That includes phone lines, fuel cost, housing and more.

In hindsight, Tim Miller believes based on trial testimony he heard that the child was never missing and now, Equusearch wants to be reimbursed.

"This is the money that really needed to go to families that need us," he said. "While we were doing that search, we were so involved, we had several families that called in and really needed our help. And we had to turn them down."

Orange County is considering going after any proceeds from her profits to pay back the court proceedings! I still don't believe her family was involved with the exception of her Mother changing her testimony to say she did the searches. I think she was trying to save her daughter from the "death Penalty."

At this time, she has no visible means of support. I just saw the defense attorney and 2 of the jurors on ABC Nightly News. The jurors are breaking their silence now because they want all the angry people to know how/why they reached the verdict that they did. Some of them cried over the verdict, because they felt it was their only choice; without a proven cause of death, they couldn't assess a penalty. They also believe her father knows more than he has told anyone.

I feel bad for the jury, they did their job -- they will live with a cost for having sat on this jury! They don't deserve the press or us, to add to the cost they are paying for doing their duty as citizens.

I really believe it was Cindy that changed their minds with switching her testimony that she was the one that did the searches. The last day that George testified he walked away from the stand and looked at Casey and did the "I've washed my hands from you" move. It was compelling. The Jury got paid $30/day. This will impact their lives forever!
