    Best oatmeal is your own that you cook at home. I use Steel Cut Oats, Raisins, Saigon Cinnamon, A little "Local" Honey and Soymilk.

    We are a gluten-free family and eliminating all soy, corn, wheat, & honey products. Our doctor informed us that studies show these products take months to breakdown in the digestive sytem. Since we've been wholly gluten-free the past two months, the pounds are dropping off and we feel alot leaner & healthier. It's a great feeling!
