Has anyone tried MasterCard Marketplace deals? (Poll) 

They keep sending these discounts to my email box ever since I signed up to the "12 overwhelming offers" promotion they ran in November of last year:

The last one was $100 off $200 at Continental Airlines. The discount is not straight $ off. The terms say it comes via "Instant WOW points".

Has anyone tried MasterCard Marketplace deals? What was your experience? What are these points and how can I redeem them?
