Harry Potter DVDs will disappear December 29, 2011! Permalink

News that Warner Brothers plans to pull all Harry Potter DVDs from store shelves at the end of this year has everyone experiencing a range of emotions about it. Fans are surprised, puzzled, angry, frustrated and movie commentators are guessing at the reason. Some believe they will be re-introduced at a later time, perhaps as a new collection.

    Sounds like a Disney move to me. It's gone but then they bring it back a couple of years later.

    We love this collection and the kids will grow & know more in years head. We read all JK Rowlings books.

    that's some punching-under-the-belt marketing strategy. Why would WB want to do that to fans.

    Anyways ...I say rent them and rip them off.
