Google to make YouTube into a new movie rental model?

Google is inking streaming rights to myriad movies and TV shows for a work-in-progress YouTube revamp — a move one analyst believes is establishing subscription VOD as the next multibillion-dollar business.
I think the android Market already offers movies via youtube. Been there about 6 months now. I seen one about 6 months back ( on the PC ) but it was free. Quality was decent.
