Fisher-Price Recall - More Than 11 Million Toys & Children Products

Fisher-Price, a dominant brand for the under-5 set, announced an unprecedented four recalls today -- totaling more than 11 million toys and children's products sold since the 1990s -- following a variety of injuries, mishaps and safety concerns.

The products include trikes, high chairs, toys with inflatable balls and another recall from the company's Little People line.

    I just heard about this recall on the news.

    I think Pablos made a comment the other day about the increase in recalls. Seems like they are becoming more frequent or as consumers we are becoming more aware. not sure which scenario is correct.

    I need to start buying safer toys for my son more like the classic ones I used to play with... those seemed safer and I think they were made in the USA. That seems like the way to go!
