eCost Platimum: anyone bite? Permalink

eCost Platinum seems like Russian Roulette deal shopping. You pay $40 to join. Every Tuesday and Thursday, they offer 8 or 10 ridiculous deals ($9 GPS; $7 iPod 1 GB; $19 17" LCD) posted at random times during the day, with about 3 or 10 or 20 of each. If you get lucky, you get a great buy.
I have hesitated to part with my $40 thus far. Has anyone been bolder (and lucky)?

    So you only pay $40 one time to join and could get a ridiculous cheap deal twice a week? I've never heard of this program. I'm a stay at home mommy so I could leave the page open and refresh it frequently. Could you post a link to the site so I can get more info please? I might join it when I get my taxes so that way I have a bit of extra money to buy the stuff as I see it, and could let you know more then.

    I just started doing a little research and wow! This company has ALOT of complaints ranging from defective items being sent, and refunds never being issued. This sounds like a place to stay away from.

    Weird even though there's horrible reviews the better business bureau still gives them an A. http://www.la.bbb.org/Business.....m-13217388 So I don't know, maybe they aren't that bad or people just don't care enough to report them.

    Sounds risky... but $40 for a year's worth of opportunities isn't that much to try it out
