I'm starting this topic to offer the information I have and to encourage others to comment about it, since some merchants and restaurants seem to be issuing coupons that can only be used by the recipients. One of those is Ruby Tuesday, and we've also seen this with CVS and American Eagle coupons.
I think Ruby Tuesday distributes their coupons in 2 ways, normally by direct email or occasionally through facebook. Their facebook offers can be posted on Buxr because they provide a link to the form that allows you to sign up and receive your own unique coupon by email, like this deal

The Ruby Tuesday direct email coupons always have text below them that states "this is a unique code and can be used only once." Some of those coupons have been creatively cropped to remove the text below them and posted on other sites. The unique codes are still visible, but the text is missing, leading some to believe they could be shared. The emailed coupons are also made up of multiple images, making it impossible to link to the entire coupon without doing a screen capture. For this reason I believe they are trying to limit distribution.
