Think just because it’s called a salad it has to be healthy? Think again. Men’s Health magazine editor David Zinczenko turns the spotlight on five fast-food salads that pack just as many calories as a mega-burger meal.
No one who is watching their waistline would order a Whopper thinking it's a sensible menu choice. It's an indulgence, an anti-diet food, and everyone knows it. But when you order a salad, you're making an effort to eat "healthy" and realize it's not the most delicious item on the menu. But, more often than you think, that salad is the worst
choice on the menu.

What they haven't learned, though, is how to make food that is actually nutritious. Here are five examples of salads so bad that you'd be better off ordering that Whopper — with its 670 calories, 40 grams of fat and 1,020 milligrams of sodium — after all.
