you activated a new line of service and brought your number to Sprint between 7/24/11 and 10/1/11 and haven't signed up yet to receive your service credit, please be sure to register for your service credit within three days of bringing your new phone number to Sprint.

If you meet all eligibility requirements you could receive:

$125 service credit per line for each smartphone, netbook, notebook, tablet and mobile broadbrand device
$50 service credit per line for feature phones and Sprint Phone Connect (when available)
