I have a dog which I adopted years ago, Addie my Golden Retriever who is now 11. I have a cat (Rickie) that I brought home from work in 1997. He's still kicking. I had been feeding a stray for over a year. She is finally an indoor cat. Her name is "Clover." I believe everyone should try to adopt rescue animals or strays. That's just my opinion.
I have two rescues currently, Samson and Mickey. Mickey was fostered first, and he was really sick. I bring supplies to my local shelter all the time. They really need newspapers, so I bring them mine every other week. My parents save theirs also. It's a little thing, but I figure every little thing helps.
