Payment amounts to eligible consumers will vary depending upon, among other factors, the product(s) purchased and the number and amounts claimed by all eligible consumers. The amount could be more (up to double), the same, or less than $50 for each pair of Eligible Shoes, $40 for each EasyTone Capri and EasyTone Pants, and $25 for each EasyTone Sleeveless Shirt, EasyTone Long Bra Top and EasyTone Short Sleeve Top.

Please note: If you submit a refund request where the amount sought exceeds $200.00, you may be asked to provide proof of purchase to validate your request. If the total amount of all refund requests submitted by all consumers eligible to receive a refund exceeds the total available relief, you may be asked for proof of purchase to validate your refund request. If asked, you must provide proof of purchase or your refund request will be reduced or denied and you may not appeal the reduction or denial.
