There was an article in yesterday's New York Times about several new websites, like Typo Bay and Typo Buddy, that help bargain hunters search for deals on ebay by exploiting misspelled postings. The idea is these postings attract less hits and thus less bids meaning you can get deals on items from companies with hard-to-spell names like Abercrombie & Fitch or Banana Republic.
