DataJack UNLIMITED wireless data for $40/month?

A new 3G service to be hyped at CES next week that promises to offer unlimited 3G wireless broadband access via USB modem for $40 a month. They promise that this will REALLY be unlimited and other carriers capped excuse for unlimited.

Based on their carrier maps it looks like they are just using T-Mobiles network.

So what do you guys think?

*Finally a good wireless data company?
*Unlimited is a lie, or will soon be.
*Company won't last 6 months?

I'm leaning towards bottom two...

    This would be great to have...I wonder if they will start selling it in other areas...looks like mostly in Florida. I would give it a try.

    I called their customer service and it is available in both areas where I have homes. They said that I could order by phone and that it is truly unlimited and no caps on service at all. I am seriously thinking about trying it out.
