CVS Free Flu Shot Vouchers for Uninsured Patients 

CVS/Caremark is offering free flu shot vouchers this year, redeemable at their pharmacies and Minute Clinics. These are for people without insurance, and the vouchers will be given out to existing patients at select Health Clinics and Community Health Centers.
